Returning and Exchanging Items – Gavyaveda

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees must be paid by the client.
Your name, as well as your Gavyaveda order ID, should be clearly indicated on the return bag.
For ease of return processing, please forward return shipment tracking details to us at info@gavyaveda.com.
A return can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for returning a product requires it to be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as it was sent to you. All seals and labels should be intact.
Kindly have your invoice or proof of purchase for faster processing.
Gavyaveda reserves the right to refuse returns for change of mind or if the product is broken from misusage.
Exchange of Goods
Product Returns
These are only done for items that have been received, but were damaged or possess a manufacturing defect.
These can be requested by sending us an email containing order details along with photographs of the products to info@gavyaveda.com.
The costs for these will be sent after the request is accepted.
Refunds
We will update you regarding the refund within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed using the same payment method, and the credit will reflect within 10-15 business days depending on your bank’s policies.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be offered as in-store credit or as a coupon redeemable for 1 year, given the order is canceled.
Cancellations
Refunds cannot be processed for dispatched orders.
